Looks like you used booleans in your modeling process. This will sometimes screw up the UV's and make it harder to get good texturing. You'll probably get lots of stretching and seams. Also, I'm not sure why your cylinder's have so many faces. The mesh seems unnecessarily dense in those areas, and may not be easily worked with in Poser by most people.
