Complete instructions are included in the download, but no you don't need python or Poser 5. It works with Poser 4, Poser PP, and Poser 5. It may even work with Poser 3 but I have no way to test that.

Basically you load the floor.
Place it where you like and give it a texture.
Select the Tile Body Part.
Then just turn the Dial until you get as many tiles as you like.

When you get used to it, you won't want to use Poser without it. I think It's that good.
