Yamato has put the Victoria 2 head on the Victoria 3 body, he has a tutorial on doing this at:

Yamato also put the Victoria 2 head on P5 Judy. One of the tricks to doing this seems to be in modling a new neck to connect the Judy body with the Victoria head.

ERC should still work ok, even if injected. Normal poses (rotation channels) should work ok. I imagin delta injection would probably still work ok for the body, but I haven't tested this.
