Not sure if this would yield the results you want or not, but if you want to give it a try... Pose your figure as you would like it in Poser. Next export it as an object. Import into uvmapper. Use the Edit>Tools>split verticles command option. Save object (if for use in Poser, you can uncheck the export normals as Poser does not use normals. Other 3D ap may). Splitting the verticles will often eliminate smooth edges and may give you the chiseled look you want. You could try this on one of the les res figs as that may give it an even less organic look.
