"I've got two program from Adobe that don't do what they are advertised as doing and Adobe won't answer either email or telephone calls for assistance and support." No kidding? What programs are they? Maybe someone here can help if it's just a simple fix. I have Photoshop of course and Adobe Premiere, both of which operate rock solid for me.
