if it's Booleans, the short answer is no. They're unique format to Bryce..I think terrains, and possibly trees, can be exported (mats and skies can as well, but that's about it).
Importing on the other hand, you have choices galore; 3ds, obj, cob, dxf, etc (not a format, just et cetera..;)
