Hi Dale, Thanks for the advice, but no can do. I work in an internet cafe, so I can't turn off or alter the firewall (don't have administrative passwords), and can't disconnect from the internet. Will just have to wait for the E-on guys to tell me what to do. I just find it strange that it renders and saves the first frame, and then switches off. If there was a connection or firewall problem it wouldn't let you render and save one frame. And it's doing it on the XP Professional and Windows 98 machines. I switched of the Norton Virus checker but that had no effect. Very frustrating.
