Ok I am lowering the alert level to green. I got a hold of a guy via their U.S. Customer service phone number (I am Canadian, heh heh heh). He assured me that they are set up so that the charges do not go through until the completion of the download and that what was seen on the crditcard report was more than likely the attempts at the bank trying to complete the transaction (proably an exchange rate thing).
