Poser 5's displacement is micropolygon displacement. Don't know if it's like Zbrush's, but it will displace with more detail than polygons on the figure. You plug in a grayscale map (2D Bitmap) to the Displacement channel in the Material room just like you would a bump map. Now if only LW and C4D would get the hint. What's the use of displacement maps if you need 30 billion real points for it to work? Kuroyume
C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the
foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg
off.
