I use a program called "Where Is It" to catalog all my poser files. The version I have, which is several years old, can also catalog all the zip contents. Perhaps the current version will do exe's. As for runtime management, I discovered that poser 5, maybe 4, recognizes shortcuts (if you're using windows) so I unzip each file into it's own directory and make shortcuts to the runtime. It keeps things together (sans shortcut) so if I want to delete it, no problem. Only catch is for anything than uses external references (almost all of 'em), they need absolute file references (complete path). That's where CR Pro comes in.
