Well if you are making a new figure it is quite difficult to do, I am not trying to put you off. If you are making a new figure, body parts that arent seen can be deleted the hip, abdomen and chest and certain others this will reduce the overall size of the figure. Scene is a good name for the poser things Lightwave calls "scenes" scene too. if you are making a new figure, you could make the head a separate group to make the head animatable. Do you have any 3d apps? Another question, why do you want the head to change colour? The only reason I ask this is that I have hardly ever used the animatable colours in propack and was just wondering what you were doing the colour change for. You don`t have to tell me details of your project just the reason for the colour change.
