The TOS is the Terms Of Service. It is like the rules for renderosity and every member here is supposed to read it.

It is the second last selection in renderosity info on the front page.

There is a free p4ninja hood at www.phil c.net , you could get that and make the soldier wear that till he has to pull the mask off and then just animate him pulling off the ninja hood.

As I said before making this all one figure would be a lot of work and wouldn`t really save much memory, sorry about that.
