Check out the link here, and look at the middle picture..

The woman and little girl are dressed in winter wear, and the man who was 'supposedly' removed is in a t-shirt and carrying a cooler..looks more like he is dressed for summer to me..

What I figure is, is that the woman and little girl was 'pasted' into the before image.. {or something..regardless something looks awfully funny about that image}

And yea, any of those images can be done in PSP or PS..alot of them can be done with scripting, and a good dose of smudge tools ~lol~
