Keep any and all reference to external products (add-on figures/clothing/ products either free or commercial) OUT OF THE MAIN BODY OF THE BOOK and just discuss them in an appendix. But DO include a discussion of the evolution of external content including the most popular add-on figures and the compatibilities, incompatibilities, and interdependencies between them in the last appendix.
