Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 29 7:57 am)

Subject: Ok, it's gotta be asked: What's your version?(and yeah no gripin)

ynsaen ( ) posted Sun, 27 June 2004 at 10:52 AM · edited Sat, 30 November 2024 at 5:10 PM

It's time. The last three weeks have finally seen more P5 users asking questions than P4/PA users. And yes, I counted. If you read these threads, but don't post -- please, this once, post. If you know someone who doesn't post often or visit a lot, please, ask them to. Not trying to determine any market research or nothin, not looking for why or how or whatever. Simple answers. If you are using several versions, then list them. What version of Poser do you use: from 1 to 5, propack and artist. P1 = Poser 1, P2 = Poser 2, P3 = Poser 3, P4 = Poser 4, PP = ProPack, PA = Poser Artist, P5 = Poser 5. Quick n simple. Please post -- wouldn't it be cool just to see? (ok, sorry -- I'm a fangirl. I just can't help myself...)

P4, I only use PP and P5 for testing.

ockham ( ) posted Sun, 27 June 2004 at 11:45 AM

PP 90% of the time. Use 5 only to test scripts for compatibility, and occasionally for a pretty render. Have 4.0 on a laptop, in case needed for some testing, but never use it.
