well since last year's august, i stick to my new webhost, 100mb free, with unlimited traffic (glad, i sometime reached 2 gb a month or mroe) and a few more useful things (such as no file size limite... useful for poser freebies, but not much for poser still art), and NO POPUP / Adds / Banners (does it still exist nowadays ?) drawbacks are that it is unreliable for forums or heavy php use... but it is only granted for my country inhabitant. i hope i can find similar offers for free available to other people. most cheap webhosting i found were still a high cost a year for a low budget (if you are alone i mean. can share the fee if you are gathering a team), an often have a limit such as bandwidth, traffic or filesize...
