If you are not alone, and many other ask the same, they may comply 3) have you read the TOS ? if the TOS suits you, well then as the item does not violate it, then bear it as you can. If the TOS does not suits you enough, don't come here, or ask admins to werite even more restrictive TOS to comply to your standard and needs thing is that Rosity already have a strong TOS and it evolved very much recently to be extremely restrictive, even burnign otu some not serious cases, just to ensure a minority of incident could be avoided, and forget about countless colaterral casualties. Well if we still are here we accepted it, ney ? So the item does not violate TOS, does have all flags needed (if it needed one) so nothign is wrong WITH the item, period. So if there is no wrong on one side, what other side is left, hmm ? :) just my two cents i am not into gagballs myself, but not being into them won't make me shout out loud like this.
