Thank You all for the warm welcome and suggestions. I ended up downloading a program that makes thumbnails...and keeps the quality somewhat decent. I tried decreasing the compression in PSP but it really didn't look so good. Never was very good with that program. Anyways, thanks again and look forward to participating in the community.
