there is one at Turbosquid. From De Espona. Free. There you can look and find without a problem. AND, have you looked at 3DCafe? They have a wide range too. And, last but not least, how about creating some on your own in Poser? Posing some models and change the materials. And/or cut parts off with booleans - if you need broken ones.
