I won't be renewing when my subscription runs out even though I like most of what I've gotten. Yes, that sums it up for me, too. The actual content is fine, but the site has more problems than a manic-depressive teenaged girl, and the customer support is poor to nil, generally speaking. I can do without the hassle.
