Please contact the merchant directly (by clicking on the merchant name at the top of this form) I had a similar situation but I posted my warnining in such a way that I was working with the merchant in correcting the problem. After it had been resolved I requested that my post be removed. Point being, contact the merchant, you will find the majority will almost bend over backwards to assist (be nice).
