I do but I don't use it in Poser. Usually after a render I open the image in photoshop for postwork and never have any trouble with using my wacom. Sometimes if it's been inactive for a while it takes a couple of passes of the pen over the tablet but thats all. P5, XP Home and Wacom Intuos 2
