Okay you can get a FULLY FUNCTIONAL 15 day free trial of Gif Animator (does AVI's, quicktime, autodesk, etc.) at http://www.ulead.com/ga/trial.htm GIf animator is great for small projects $40 from Ulead probably a lot less from a web retailor. Media Studio Pro is around $550. But if you need a firewire card you can get ADS PYRO for around 60-80 bucks that includes the edit modual of MSP. Also I just remembered seeing Video Studio (not a bad entry editor) FOR FREE after rebates at compusa about 2-3 weeks ago. If this offer is still around this would bet a great way to go - editing is pure butter for simple stuff. Learn in 15 minutes.
