whoa, what are your settings.......are you using advanced render functions(soft shadows,volumetrics,true ambiance)?you may want to bring the "pixels per ray",or the "ray-depth" down a bit.Reflection,transparency,and volume materials will zonk out the render engine if combined with the advanced render settings(if they are too high).Very high rez textures can add a bit as well.What is the image exactly? your time is at 1century,21years,29months,38days,8hrs,0min,28sec...maybe,or 2 pass' one at 1day,21hrs,29min,38sec, and the other at 8hrs,0min,28sec for the anti-alias maybe? thats real crazy to saty the least.
