First you want to load Sarah, load the clothes, and I like to turn off animating for the cameras and lights. Since we'll be making a short animation, and movement of these may be neccesary during final posing. The idea is to have the default pose at frame one, and your final pose at the last frame of the simulation. We don't need 30 frames so you can click on the "30" on the animation bar and enter "10"-"enter". Got to frame 10 and apply you pose...
