Does anyone have a good wing texture for this model? It doesn't have to be perfect, just something that looks better than a plain mesh.

I don't think Tygercub's wings are the same wings, but I would be very interested in any textures for the "ERCJP" (silly, pretentious name) Wingset. I wasn't able to create a very good texture for them when I created them. :( Which is ironic, because I created them out of frustration at the same problem Tygercub has posted about. There are no textures available for the older free wingsets out there. Are your textures available anywhere, bnetta?

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking.  He apologizes for this.  He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.

I wish I could find the references that told me who made the model. The CR2 points towards the very generic, yet appropriatly named folder, "Wings". It's several years old, though... one of the first wing sets I downloaded when I first started with Poser. They look very similar to the ERCJP wings in your image bnetta. Maybe they are the same? I could always try the texture and see. Thanks for the replies!

The ReadMe file for those wings says:

"I feel this has really been needed. Now how much do you want to bet that Zygot is gonna come out with an angel figure?
The wings are not my design but some anonymous post. Who ever made it thanks
So lets get to the basics Hers how to make it work. Copy the OBJ file into the Geometries folder into a directory named "wing2"
Then open the Poz file and install wher you whatever libary you want.
There is a body part, a box, called center. This is equivelent to the Hip in the humna tomove the whole thing just move the box. Once inplace you man want to make it invisible.
I made a scale error so the body scale is less then 1%. To change it douple click it and enet the number.
Ther is a little problem with a crease in the right wing. If anyone can lick it please tell me.

Thats about it, unless you want to send me money.
