If your left leg is parented to the hip then it can not be parented to the right leg also. It is possible to hack the CR2 file to force it but I've never liked that solution. My preference is to add extra components in the skirt to facilitate the movement. Difficult to explain in a sentance. The skirts on my site have it. From memory I think I also put these controls in the free Jessica dress.
