If you're using Poser 5 or Propack, just save an image file you want to use as a .png in the relevant folder within Poser, making sure it has the same name as the file it's going to be (e.g. for a Pose file called "V3Sit" the picture should be called "V3Sit.png".) If you're in Poser 4, save the image as a .png and then open the folder in P3DO Explorer (free, see link) and click on the file, then "Edit Image" and then "Save as..." and save it as a .rsr file.
