Many thanks to Tygercub for enabling me to realise the Sherlock character this far - I think the deerstalker works superbly with even less messing about than I'd imagined.

I think I'm going to try and "get away" with not using a cloack in order to save all sorts of posing/animating issues, but I may try and replace the violin with a pipe. Before anyone wonders, I think the pipe is going to be a PITA to "get right" because of the trunk and tusks, so as it's basically a bent cone I may well try it myself. Umm :)
