Spymac isn't a bad place to start. (Draculaz promoted it a bit before he moved to G-mail.) Basic service (free) has a whole lot of email storage, 100MB of web/storage space, and it has it's own forums and gallery.

You'll probably have to learn how to FTP (if you don't know how already), as it's required for getting anything hosted on a site there. On the Mac it's either through the Network Server thingy (It's supposed to work by drag & drop, but I didn't have any luck) or through FTP using the Darwin terminal (which I did get to work after figuring how those 'puters set up their directory.) On the PC, I'd recommend Filezilla, which is easy to use and free (yet another great OpenSource program.)

If you know a thing or two about HTML, it shouldn't be that hard to get the files up where people can browse through them. Or if you're just linking through Renderosity, put the files in the HTML folder at Spymac and link to them - since they are one of the few places that allow direct linking of files.
