Subject: How to delete a frame in the middle of an animation?

The crisscross posts pretty well covered it, and dragging the frames would be the fastest way, but just a little reminder that when you highlight frames in the Animation Pallet, you can then copy & paste this Keyframe data into a spreadsheet app and retain the frame designations & formatting. Lets you do a lot of fast monkeying around outside Poser, and then paste it all back in at once. (or paste it back selectively which opens up even more potential).
