They have a valid e-mail adress (I still get their newsletters) and I did enter my Visa, which normally I never do so they had it all at their disposal. Also: some six weeks ago, I bought an item that proved to be bad. First they tried to convince me that I was to blame, but as their own promopic showed (and still does) the problem, I was told to contact dazTech. Got a reply that they would look nto it. That's it untill now. It was not a PC item at $1.99. As I wrote what happened on their forum, it was up to hem to contact me. And fmpov still is. There are other sites around...
