Most of what I do I do in VuePro with the Mover 5 add-on. If I'm experimenting I usually encode with DivX-5, more serious work is rendered out as seperate frames; initially it was composited with Quicktime, but I've gotten ahold of Premiere, and am learning to use that instead.
