I think my issues are memory related. I aware of issues with my Notebook which has a ATI 9200 which Vue detects its and states that OpenGL should be disable. Also I believe I saw in Vue FAQ that Vue has a software copyright protection scheme that if it detects illegal version, it would crash randomly - to me that sounds rather vaque and danagerous.
