The Mac file format is somewhat different from the PC in that the resource file is contained within the data file and accessed via a resource fork. For OBj files there is no translation needed, the PC will read them as is. For files such as CR2, PP2, etc. the PC will read the Mac data file, but will ignore the resource fork and you will get the guy with his shoulders shrugged and a question mark in your library display instead of the usual thumbnail picture. The Cr2, PP2, etc is still there, so just double click the guy and when your character, prop, etc appears, re-save it to the library and you should now have a thumbnail of it. Hope this helps you....
