The zip is about 4MB, so expect a long email process. If that's okay, I'll attach it. Otherwise, I can make it available from my webserver (I hope SAMS3D doesn't mind!). Let me know which works!
C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the
foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg
off.
