We are short-handed, in a massively growing forum. If someone would like to supervise free-stuff approval, good things would be made available to everybody faster. I'm pretty sure that it means checking links, to be sure that viewers aren't hijacked to porn sites or deludged with pop-ups and that the download works, so you'd want up-to-date virus protection, but I don't know what else is involved.
