Even though I don't know all that much about it even I could come up with something unique and interesting if I set my mind to it. As easy as textures are to create in say photoshop, to just give away presets is not only lazy and rude but resides probably not in a place where they could weather any legal rebuttal in a reasonable manner. However, L. Ron Hubbard once said that the courts were a good place to keep out of if you could unless you were a paid officer of the court, as they drain not only your resources and creativity but sometimes wasting years of your time as well; hauksdottir here on Renderosity once said words to the effect that the only thing you really own is your own time - if you waste it, it is gone forever. Seems to me that the reasonable thing to do is to consider how much time you have to waste on such things, let the right people know about any infractions you find as annonomously as possible and move on. I've come to the conclusion that it is impossable to make others understand the difference between right and wrong; we can only hope that they have the capacity and the valor to do this on their own. - TJ "You can lead a mouse to a library but you can't make him read." - Darth Bikermouse
