Yes - I've said it wasn't distributable but apparently was wrong - I'm pretty sure Cooler (DAZ's IP boss) has posted to the Fine Print forum at DAZ to say the same thing. The V2 CR2s weren't distributable, and I think most of us just assumed the same was true of V3 (especially given the Blank version).
