I have seen y-fronts for women, but they were clearly meant as sort of a novelty item. :-) Even weirder, I once saw a "sports bra" for women that was made to look like a man's y-front briefs. Bizarre. In Poser, the item loads as "LadiesBrief."

There are actual goods called girls briefs. WEBLINK This outfit does not need to distinguish man and woman.
