I just found a load of info here. (See link) Various solutions, some contradictory. Above all do NOT use the LOP.com uninstaller available at their site. It contains a trojan. Happily I've not been troubled by this one, touch wood, but had a lot of problems with one of these hijacker bars a while back. I ended up having to use a combination of utilities and registry edits. Hijackthis and CWShredder will both help (Find them with a Google search) but these toolbars are pernicious and they seem to be getting smarter. Randym77's suggestion of a restore MIGHT be all you need but you can never be entirely sure with these things. Its worked for some of the people who have posted in the attached link but not others.
