"No depictions of young humanoid characters/children giving the appearance of being under the age of 18 where genitals are displayed and/or in erotic, seductive, provocative poses or context. Since age is difficult to identify with 3D images, this will be at the discretion of the Renderosity team." *********************** Several of the promotional images by Goosens are "provocative"... rape bait. If she looks 15 or 16, or even younger, and the genitals are shown, it will probably be pulled. If she appears to be masturbating or whatever (twiddling her nipples like a radio dial) she will fall afoul of the other clauses in the TOS against sexual activity. What makes a model look underage? Childlike proportions, childlike poses, childlike clothing, childlike textures (especially no pubic hair). GIRL out-of-the-box has a baby face (big eyes and small upturned nose), and large head to body... so she is problematic, despite the developed breasts. Most of you will change her, though. Judgment on an image will be a team decision. I will certainly question images which look too young for the context. Not all questionable images are pulled. Each will be judged for itself, so it is hard to make a blanket statement. In a society where kids run around with pierced ears and make-up, the lines get really blurred. Remember that it isn't just nudity alone which is an issue... eroticism is another concern. This isn't the definitive answer you were hoping for, but maybe it helps a bit. Carolly Poser Coordinator
