*so I have to change from the figure folder to a pose folder so I can "Apply" the hide dials pose? I'm not getting it....* Not at all- you don't have to "change" anything. You select a figure (from any figure folder) to apply the hide/ show poses to, then select a pose folder to save the hide/ show pose files into. Here's a screen shot to better explain what I'm trying to say. :) The program will remember your last-used figure and pose folders, so you only need to set it once. *If there was a way to attach it to the Python Pallet...* I thought about the option of making a Python script, but then Poser 4 (and Poser Artist) users wouldn't be able to use the files: neither program supports Python. --John
