Is there a MAT pose associated with them? If so, all you need is to place those somewhere in the Pose folder. But in that case you must be sure the textures are where the MAT poses expects them to, or Poser will most likely lock up. If there's no MAT Pose, simple select each material one at a time in the Material room and add a 2D Texture map node to it, where you put the texture in. Once you've plugged in one of them you can click at the arrow at the right of the Material Room and select "Apply to all".
