I haven't got Hogwardens utility, but I have been using a script called multi-panel, by Ockham. It opens one GUI, and in this you can load and delete as many scripts as you want, and then Poser remembers them. The script is still a work in porgress, because there is no facility to organise them yet, but it is stable and runs natively in Poser. And it's free.
