Actually Ockham was involved in the design specs of Python Library too, so you might want to ask him what he thinks about it in comparison to his own tool. Anyhow, it's a drag and drop interface, you can organise your scripts in trees with as many scripts as you want and the whole structure is remembered between Poser sessions. If I were going to ask for a better tool for organising python scripts, I don't know what features I'd ask for because Python Library already does everything I can think of that I might need.
