Actualy.. it can't be done with a simple file. However if you were to break appart the poser model in bryce, and add spheres at the poser figures joints. You could technicaly pose the figure in Bryce. Though this technque was covered in an old issue of 3D Artists Magazine. It's obviously a longer process to do this. But to anwser the question.. Yes..
