Most of the time, if Daz is open, I get same day results. But, there has been an EXTREME occassion where, tho I receive the auto-email, my email gets lost. There has also been a time or three where it has taken a week. I guess it depends on how busy they are... I'd say if they haven't replied by today, email them again tomorrow.
