"I can get my subject in focus and centered in the frame" Aah, but the challenge is not to do that. It makes it more interesting when your subject isn't always in the center of your picture. I'm not telling you never to put your subject in the middle. Because it may be the right thing. But striving to get it in the middle 100/100 is not right... I hope I made some sense :)
