Are you asking how to do it? You can use the Point At... command, but as far as I remember it doesn't work at the face cam, only the main (and AUX) cams. You can overcome that by parenting a ball or something else to the camera then use Point At... at the ball (and make the ball invisible). Yeah it's kinda creepy. But also cool :o)
